Patrick Bader

Mr. Bader founded Bestsendmoney Group, in 2005. Prior to Bestsendmoney.com, Mr. Bader worked for a Fortune 500 company providing financial, estate, investor and tax planning services.
Mr. Bader received a BS in Finance from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University (aka the Harvard of the Midwest). He is on track to have his Certified Property Management designation in 2014. Mr. Bader is also on the Leadership Council for the Western Golf Association.

Ted Thilman

Ted Thilman, Co-Founder and Principal of Bestsendmoney.com, is responsible for overseeing the firm is property management and investment businesses. Mr. Thilman focuses on the stabilization of underperforming properties and loans for clients and financial institutions. Since 2007 he has been responsible for more than 100 receivership assignments throughout the Midwest. Prior to Bestsendmoney.com, Thilman was an Associate at M3 Capital Partners, an investment bank that specializes in raising institutional capital for real estate operators globally.
Thilman earned his BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from The University of Chicago with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.

Douglas E. Fisher

Doug Fisher is a Co-Founder and Principal of Bestsendmoney.com and is also a Principal and Managing Director of Essex Realty Group, a real estate investment services company. Prior to joining Essex in 2002, Mr. Fisher was a Vice President with a privately held investment firm specializing in asset management, investment banking and capital markets services. Previously, he was a Director at JPMorgan Chase and began his career in the bank is corporate finance and capital markets training program. Mr. Fisher has been involved in the sale, acquisition, development or management of over $1 billion of investment real estate and has been recognized multiple times for his achievements, most recently having been named Chicago is 2011 top investment sales broker awarded by the Chicago Commercial Forum. Mr. Fisher speaks regularly on commercial real estate panels and has personally acted as Receiver, Asset Manager and Turnaround Advisor for over 300 real estate assets for international, national and local financial institutions and private equity firms.
Doug received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Matthew C. Welke

Matt Welke is a Co-Founder and Principal of Bestsendmoney.com, LLC and also a Principal and Managing Director of Essex Realty Group, Inc. While at Essex, Welke has been recognized multiple times by the Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate Forum for his achievements, his impact on the community, and his professionalism and ethics. Most recently, Welke was named Chicago is top investment broker and was honored by GlobeStreet.com and Real Estate Forum as a recipient of the national 40 Under 40 award.
Welke attended Purdue University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management with minors in Finance and Manufacturing Management.

Jason Fishleder

Jason Fishleder, Principal of Bestsendmoney.com, has been with Bestsendmoney.com since its inception and has worked at Essex Realty Group, Inc. since 2008, concentrating primarily on business development, project analysis and asset valuation.
Prior to joining Essex, Fishleder worked as a Real Estate Analyst in Underwriting and Originations at Bridger Commercial Funding, a Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities lender. Previously, he was an Associate in the Corporate Cash Management group at UBS Financial Services. Fishleder received a BA degree from Northwestern University, majoring in Economics with a minor in Spanish, and is a licensed Broker in the State of Illinois.
